Reviews and Ratings
The Tremont House has a charming appearance and is conveniently located, making it a nice spot for short stays. However, at over $350 a night, I found the service lacking and the rooms rather small and awkward. While I had a wonderful experience with one staff member, overall, it feels like they need to improve aspects of their hospitality and amenities to match the price point.
This hotel has a stunning and luxurious ambiance with beautiful marble floors and high-end finishes. While the rooms are equally exquisite, I found the noise from the lobby area to be quite disruptive both at night and early in the morning. Dining options were available but pricey, making it feel less like a good value. Overall, it offers a beautiful stay but could improve on noise control.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay, but the noise from the bar was quite disruptive at night. The location is great, putting you right in the heart of the action, but the service was lacking, particularly during breakfast. Overall, it could use some improvements, especially regarding noise insulation and staff attentiveness.
I recently attended a wedding at this hotel, and the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, my room didn't match the grandeur promised on their website, being much smaller and lacking a view. Overall, the hotel has a family-friendly feel, perfect for celebrations but could improve on their room consistency.
I had a wonderful experience at this classy hotel. The service was outstanding from the bartender to the front desk, and the decor was impressive. The only downside was the additional $20 charge for parking. Overall, it was worth it, and I would definitely stay again!
